Inside the doorway George talks to Tom and Rodger.
George wears his lyg uniform.
Tom wears his prog uniform.
Rodger wears his Enforer uniform.
George: Gentlemen, glad you could make it here. I invited you here to issue a special welcome into lyg’s counsel.
Rodger: Honor.
Rodger pacts to the Operator then Tom pacts to the Operator.
George: Honor, Cogsvillians, Rodger White, Officer Smithly.

“Here,” says Tom pointing the index finger of his glove hand to the center of his chest.
Tom: For a moment it was easing tensions, then I felt uncomfortable with my natural emotions taking hold of me again.
George: Tom, what are you talking about?
